Rushworth Brass Band

 

The Rushworth Brass band was started in 1882 and is still going today but for a few name changes it is now called the Rushworth concert band is always willing to play at local functions , like the Anzac Day Services and other special occasions held in the district.

On display in the museum is a number of the bands old original instruments which they played.

Visitors are always welcome to visit the museum and entry is a gold coin donation.

The Museum is kept open by a small band of willing unpaid volunteers.

We also welcome family inquires a small charge is applied for this service to help cover the cost.
